Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges to deliver suitable marketing solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy, performance, and production) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and campaign performance updates.
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Stay updated with industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (presentations, reporting).
Experience in digital marketing/advertising agency (preferred but not mandatory).
