We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Dolphin Ad World Private Limited. If you have strong communication skills and experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, and are passionate about building a positive workplace culture, we would love to hear from you!

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing (especially via LinkedIn), screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

2. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.

3. Handle employee grievances and ensure timely and confidential resolution.

4. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture.

5. Assist in managing the increment cycle, including performance reviews and salary revisions.

6. Coordinate with the accountant for payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
