• Ensure smooth day to day operational efficiency.

• Maintain Google Sheets & Excel sheets, prepare and submit MIS reports.

• Handle multiple tasks and projects at once.

• Communicate clearly with teams and management.

• Manage time effectively and handle stress under pressure.

• Develop and implement checklists for process consistency.

• Report directly to the Founders with regular updates.

• Manage scheduling, meetings, and coordination across teams.
