Payment for advertising services is due according to the terms specified in the service agreement or invoice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services as per the discretion of Dolphin Ad World.

• Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property provided by the Customer for use in advertising campaigns remains the property of the Customer.
Dolphin Ad World retains ownership of any proprietary materials or intellectual property developed or utilized in the provision of services.

• Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the business relationship.
Confidential information may only be disclosed with the explicit consent of the disclosing party or as required by law.

• Termination of Services

Either party reserves the right to terminate the advertising services upon written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, the Customer remains liable for any outstanding payments due for services rendered up to the termination date.

• Liability and Indemnification

Dolphin Ad World shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use or inability to use our advertising services.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Dolphin Ad World harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.

• Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
